"I chose this place as I was travelling with my parents. The property is located on the ground floor, which we didn't have to worry about carrying heavy suitcases, not to mention that it's located near Chatelet metro station which has access to the shopping mall with escalators (Exit gate 3 is the closest!). The property was spacious, enough for three people, with clean kitchen, brand new fridge and oven. I didn't use it but there was also laundry machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack available. Despite being located near the city centre, with busy street, once you go through the entrance, there was no noise at all any time of the day. Queenie has been very kind, she communicated on the check-in day for check-in procedure, which was clear with photo instructions. I would definitely come back and stay here for the next trip to Paris."

"On the last day, there was a bit of rain, and could hear the rain drops hitting on the ceiling window of the bedroom. If anyone is a light sleeper, this can be of bothering ;) There was no shampoo! Make sure to equip your toiletries when staying here. The cleaning was well done, but the air purifier was sprayed a little too much. When checked-in the scent was too strong that gave us headache, and couldn't get rid of it even until we departed....."

"Spacious for a Paris apartment. Modern facilities. Ground floor. Good location for all sites and also local restaurants. Host allowed us to drop off bags a couple of hours before check in"

"Wasn’t completely cleaned - not vacuumed, no toilet paper - had to supply ourselves, washed sheets hanging on coat rack to dry and not removed during our stay. No natural air in bedroom and it got very hot overnight. Overnight heat is a common problem wherever we stay. No instructions for operating digital projector."

"I and my friend really liked everything of this apartment. Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped with kitchen utensils and home appliances like clean/new refrigerator, washing/drying machine. The location is very close to city, several metro stations. You can even walk to Louvre museum, Le Marais. While this place is located around huge number of restaurants/cafes, quiet itself without any noise. The host, Queenie is super nice and friendly. She is very caring and supportive."
